When I left work, I noticed that although there were no stars, there is a quarter moon glowing in the sky with 2 planets also shining bright. It didn't look like stars because they weren't twinkling. Do you know why this is happening and also what planets are being seen? WRAL WeatherCenter Blog : My brother (52 yrs. old) loves anything to do with the weather. I have given him two weather stations (one for home and one for work). Do you know of anything else that would be fun for him concerning the weather? He doesn't have any instruments outdoors.
