Power in part of downtown Raleigh to be restored by 4:30 p.m. after construction crew hit underground line. — A construction crew hit an underground power line Tuesday afternoon in downtown Raleigh. More than 600 customers lost power around Chavis Park. A Duke Energy spokesperson said power is expected to be restored by 4:30 p.m. more
