FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police have identified the person killed during a robbery Friday afternoon as a 24-year-old Florida man.

Investigators say that three people shot Daniel Junior Lubin, of Pompano Beach, during the course of a drug-related robbery on Landau Drive Friday. The suspects were arrested soon after in the parking lot of Sam's Club.

Nicholas Locke, 20, Thomas Sweatt Jr., 18, and Sharesa Antoiniette Breece, 24, all face charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery. They were being held in the Cumberland County Detention Center without bond.

Locke, of 1649 Inverness Drive, was on parole after being released from prison on Aug. 24, DOC records show. He had served 20 months for conspiracy to commit armed robbery and an additional month for assaulting an officer while in prison. He had previous convictions for second-degree trespassing, simple assault and communicating threats.

The DOC lists Sweatt, of 1110 Barwin Drive, as an absconder from parole stemming from June convictions for felony breaking-and-entering, larceny and drug possession.

Breece was convicted last January of being an accessory after the fact to a felony in 2002, according to DOC records.
