Weather

WRAL WeatherCenter Blog : WHAT IS THE DATE THAT WE TURN OUR CLOCKS FORWARD FOR SPRING DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME. WE HAVE HEARD IT IS AS EARLY AS THE SECOND SUNDAY IN MARCH. IS THIS CORRECT AND IF NOT WHAT IS THE DATE?
WRAL WeatherCenter Blog : REAL QUICK...need to know what time SUNRISE was on Jan 11th 2004? I couldn't find it quickly...can you? Thanks, appreciate your time.
WRAL WeatherCenter Blog : I was looking at sunrise and sunset time tables from the US Naval site (entering Hillsborough). It seems the day with 12 hours between sunrise and sunset will be March 17th, not March 21st, the vernal equinox. Why?
