RALEIGH, N.C. — Firefighters had to conduct what they call a high-level rescue at a Costco store at the intersection of Six Forks and Wake Forest roads in Raleigh Thursday morning.

Employees at the store said a man was doing some work on the roof of the building when he slipped on some ice and dislocated his shoulder.

Wake County EMS spokesman Jeff Hammerstein, however, said he was unsure what happened and could not say if snow or ice on the roof was a factor in the accident.
