Woman Killed in Wilson Wreck
A Wilson woman died late Sunday in a one-vehicle accident, police said.

Angela Brown, 36, of 810 Christman St., was westbound on Raleigh Road Parkway at about 11:15 p.m. Sunday when she lost control of her 2004 Hyundai Sonata and struck the curb, police said. As she corrected, the vehicle went airborne, she was ejected and the vehicle landed on top of her, killing her, police said.
Speed was a factor in the accident, and alcohol might also have been a factor, police said.
The wreck remains under investigation.
