Woman Charged in Saw Attack
DURHAM, N.C. — Durham police arrested a woman Monday in connection with an incident in which a woman was attacked with a saw.

Police said Cinnamon Marie Collins, 26, of Cammie Street, and David Hill, of 1411 Sedgefield St., broke into an apartment on Lancaster street on Wednesday, Nov. 7.

The two used a saw to assault the woman who lived there and then stole her car, money and other property, police said.

Collins was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, first-degree kidnapping, first-degree burglary, robbery with a dangerous weapon and two counts of obtaining property by false pretense. Her bond was set at $250,000.

Police found and arrested Hill two days later at a Howard Johnson Motor Inn, 1800 Hillandale Road.
