RALEIGH, N.C. — A woman from Roxboro faces charges of drunk driving and assault with intent to kill for an incident outside a Raleigh restaurant early Sunday.
Police charged Janet Sowers Singleton after, they said, she tried to run down a police officer outside the 42nd Street Oyster Bar.
