Take a photo of how you get to work and “tweet your ride” by posting the photo to Twitter.com (“Twitter”) using the hashtag #WinBriansWatch. The user’s photo tweeted with #WinBriansWatch that receives the largest number of retweets will win. Number of retweets will be determined by using the Twitter analytics tool “Simply Measured” which records hashtag data. You will need to create a Twitter account if you don’t already have one. You must tweet the hashtag exactly as it appears above during the entry period for the tweet to qualify as one (1) entry. Multiple entries in a single day will not be accepted. All entries submitted in accordance with these rules shall be hereinafter referred to as “Eligible Entries”. All entries must comply with Twitter’s Terms of Service and Twitter’s Rules available at Twitter.com. Creating multiple Twitter accounts in order to exceed the limits on entries permitted by these Official Rules may result in the disqualification of all entries from such accounts. By using the hashtag #WinBriansWatch, you accept the rules and regulations of this contest and agree to comply with them. Entries that Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. believes, in its sole discretion, to have been generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Automated Tweets or Tweets sent via a bot will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and ineligible and will not be accepted or if accepted will be disqualified. Photo entries taken while driving will be disqualified. By entering, participants verify that the image or photo is their original work. Submissions that contain material that is copyrighted or trademarked by a third party are prohibited. Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserves the right to reject submissions for any reason. The entry period begins at 7:00 a.m. (ET) on 05/15/2015 and ends at 6:00 p.m. (ET) on 05/19/2015. On or around 6:55 a.m. (ET) on 05/20/2015, one (1) winner will be determined announced by Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. from all eligible entries received by 6:00 p.m. (ET) on 05/19/2015.

PRIZE & VALUE & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) verified prize winner will be offered the Apple Watch. Total ARV: $349. Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., assumes no liability or responsibility in connection with the use of any prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith. Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. In the event of a tie, in which more than one photo has the exact same number of retweets, two prizes will NOT be awarded. The winner will be selected by Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. through a random drawing from the list of eligible winners.

PRIZE REDEMPTION/CLAIM/RELEASES: The winner will be announced on WRAL’s Morning News on 05/20/2015 on or around 6:55 a.m. The winner will also be notified via a Twitter Direct Message (only possible if the winner follows @wraltraffic) and a public tweet from the @wraltraffic Twitter account. The winner’s name will be posted on the WRAL.com’s Contest Page on or around 05/20/2015. Prize must be claimed in person and an alternate winner will not be selected. Only the actual verified prize winner will be permitted to claim the prizes. Winner will be required to present photo identification and to complete a signed affidavit of eligibility, prize acknowledgement and liability/publicity release in order to claim prize. Winner will be responsible for all taxes associated with the prize. Prizes may be considered income and payment of taxes on prizes are solely the responsibility of the winner. Compliance with all regulations is the responsibility of the winner. Winner agrees to release Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., its sponsors, advertisers and promotion agencies from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity. Except where prohibited, by playing the contest, or by winning, participants have granted Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. the right to publicize their name, photograph or likeness, voice and biographical details and have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules in perpetuity.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to win, you must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and a legal, permanent resident of the U.S. and North Carolina. Members of the same family or household of winners who have won a prize valued over $100 in any Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. sponsored contest in the last 12 months are ineligible to win this contest. Employees of Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., their agencies, subsidiaries, representatives, sponsors, affiliates, distributors, suppliers, and advertisers, promotional agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate. Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if the contest rules are not followed. Entrants will not be notified if their Twitter privacy settings preclude entry and could be disqualified. No substitution of prizes or transfer of prizes to a third party is permitted by winner.
