What's on your menu tonight?
Here are the meals we are planning on having this week:
Monday: Penne pasta with marinara and parmesan, garlic bread and spinach salad are on the menu this evening.
Tuesday: Spinach and chicken quesadillas with rice, tangerine slices
Wednesday: Chicken pot pie, green salad
Thursday: Salmon burgers that I had planned to have last week but did not,
Friday: Pizza night! Homemade veggie pizza using HT dough balls and side of sugar snap peas
