Here are the updated grocery deals for December 30, 2009 for Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods, Kroger and Food Lion. There are some good buys everywhere including free Swiss Miss Hot Cocoa from Food Lion, Free Yogurt from Kroger, 40 cent flour tortillas from HT and 99 cent mushrooms from Lowes Foods (that were GREAT in my mushroom crepes last night for dinner!).  Happy Shopping!
