Weeklong investigation ends with two arrests, drug seizure in Fuquay-Varina

Two people were arrested and charged after a week-long investigation by the Fuquay-Varina police department in April.

FUQUAY-VARINA, N.C. — Two people were arrested and charged after a week-long investigation by the Fuquay-Varina police department in April.

Atsou Yah-Lolo Anche Dossou and Noah Paul Denham were taken into custody, according to a release from police submitted on Tuesday.

After a search warrant was issued for their home in the 300 block of Angier Road, authorities seized numerous quantities of drugs and narcotics, including:

  • 3.2 lbs. of Marijuana
  • 1.7 lbs. of THC Wax
  • 1.2 oz. of Psilocybin Mushrooms
  • 208 THC Vape Pens
  • More than five pounds of THC edibles
  • Five grams of Cocaine

Anche Dossou was charged with Conspiracy to Traffic Synthetic Cannabinoids and Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances.

Denham was charged with Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule I, Possession with the Intent to Distribute Schedule II, and Maintaining a Dwelling for Controlled Substances.
