Weather

Thanks Greg, for your service to us, your tireless enthusiasm for presenting the weather to us, and your warm humor. While I have <> enjoyed your puns, I most enjoy how you educate us about the "way things work," while still treating us as adults.

Our church used to have a Christmas time musical event each year. All the various choral and instrumental groups within the church would participate. It was the most popular event of the year; the church was always packed to capacity.

One year, as the Bell Choir played “Frosty the Snowman”, a person in a full “Frosty” costume appeared at the back of the church and began walking up the center aisle, tossing Styrofoam snowballs to the assembled congregation. He timed his movements well, arriving in the chancel at the front of the church right as the Bell Choir reached the end of the piece.

After a few seconds, “Frosty” removed the head portion of his costume, revealing the one and only snow-craving Greg Fishel. The congregation went wild. It was most definitely the highlight of the evening!!

Thanks Greg, for your service to us, your tireless enthusiasm for presenting the weather to us, and your warm humor. While I have  enjoyed your puns, I most enjoy how you educate us about the “way things work," while still treating us as adults.
