My favorite memory after watching Greg since I moved to Raleigh in 1985 was his forecast the night before the big snow.

On that evening, he said, "Now, I don't want to sound like an alarmist, but we could have a lot of snow tonight."
When we awoke the next morning, there was two feet of snow in Raleigh. It was wonderful. Greg knew it
was coming.
