MIKE MOSS SAYS:        Don,       In November, the mean temperature at RDU was 53.0 degrees, which is two degrees above normal. Lows for the month averaged 41.6 degrees and highs 64.4.

For December, RDU reported a mean temperature of 47.8 degrees, 4.8 degrees above normal, with lows averaging 35.5 degrees and highs that averaged 60.1.
