Labor Day weekend is all about saying goodbye to summer. This Saturday's Splash Bash will combine some summer fun – dunk tanks, water slides, music – all to help a local family in need.
Starting at noon, the festivities will take over the area outside of Isaac Hunter's Oak City Tavern in Raleigh. Expect street vendors, music, contests and prizes.
Proceeds are going to help pay the medical bills of Jim O'Reilly, a local father of four, who is battling neuropathy and the early stages of multiple sclerosis. Find out more about Jim's story and how you can help on the Splash Bash website.

Festivities are expected to last until 10 p.m.
