Warrant: Man secretly filmed up women's skirts
A Fuquay-Varina man is accused of hiding a camera in his shoes and filming underneath women's skirts, according to an arrest warrant.

Claudio Cesar Roca, 23, of 644 Cherry Plum Court, faces two felony charges of secret peeping. He was arrested Friday after a man witnessed him doing it, according to the warrant.
The warrant says that Roca hid a camera in his boot between his shoe laces and in a New York and Co. shopping bag. He used the camera to take pictures up women's skirts, according to the warrant.
It wasn't clear where the offenses took place.
Roca was released from the Wake County Jail Saturday on a $15,000 secured bond.
