Warrant: Man brought air gun to WakeMed

A Raleigh man brought an air gun onto WakeMed's New Bern Avenue campus Saturday, according to an arrest warrant.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh man brought an air gun onto WakeMed's New Bern Avenue campus Saturday, according to an arrest warrant.

Derrick Lee Lamm, 23, of 3700 Butler Blvd., faces one charge of bringing a weapon onto a school or medical campus.

WakeMed campus police arrested Lamm after they determined he was carrying a CO2-powered air pistol on hospital property, the warrant says.
