WakeMed North Family Health & Women's Hospital, which became a full-service hospital in May, is offering birth and parenting classes.

The hospital now includes a 61-bed facility that provides comprehensive OBGYN services, including labor and delivery.
Classes include Labor and Birth Education; CPR: Infant, Child and Adult; sibling class and tour; and a baby basics class. A breastfeeding support program is coming soon, according to WakeMed's website.
WakeMed's website has details and registration information. WakeMed's Raleigh and Cary campuses also offer programs for expecting and new parents. WakeMed North is at Falls of Neuse and Durant roads in north Raleigh.
