Wake County Public Library has a new program called "Create Outside the Lines" for third to fifth graders.

The monthly program will run at several locations across the county, starting this Monday. It's part of the system's Adventures program for third to fifth graders, which runs weekly on afternoons at various libraries. In February, kids can celebrate pop art and make a "contemporary masterpiece."

The Create Outside the Lines program is free, but registration is required. They begin next Monday at Cameron Village, West Regional and North Regional libraries. It continues at Eva Perry on Tuesday and East Regional on Thursday.

The library's website has more information and registration details.
