Wake County sheriff's deputies have arrested a 51-year-old man for shooting another man with a BB gun Saturday night.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Wake County sheriff's deputies have arrested a 51-year-old man for shooting another man with a BB gun Saturday night.

Investigators said that Greg Wallace shot Robert Corcoran, 50, at 5413 Monk Drive at 9:45 p.m.

Corcoran was treated at WakeMed for non-life-threatening injuries.

Wallace was charged with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and assault on a government official.

According to state Department of Correction records, Wallace served five years in prison for a 1993 conviction for taking indecent liberties with a minor.
