RALEIGH, N.C. — More than 4,000 people and their pooches took to the streets Saturday for the annual K9-3K walk benefiting the SPCA of Wake County.
The walk included plenty of dog smiles, playtime and even a human proposal. Spoiler alert: she said yes.
