Two women charged with car theft in Vass
Moore County Sheriff Lane Carter charged two women Tuesday with larceny for the theft of a car from the Vass area.
Posted — UpdatedCARTHAGE, N.C. — Moore County Sheriff Lane Carter charged two women Tuesday with larceny for the theft of a car from the Vass area.
Samuel Pilson reported the car stolen on Tuesday. The women were arrested the same day.
Julie Patterson, 39, of 110 Texas Lane in Lakeview, and Karla Blanton, 45, of 1100 Cullen St. in Aberdeen, were charged with larceny of a motor vehicle and felony larceny. Both were held on $5,000 secured bond.
