GOLDSBORO, N.C. — Two Goldsboro women were charged last week after police said they broke into a neighbor's home and stole items.

Goldsboro police said Monday they arrested Marie Moseley, 26, and Katrina Jones, 21, both of 926-B Hugh St., and charged them with one count each of breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and possession of stolen property.

The charges stem from a report about criminal activity at 924-B Hugh St., which said someone entered the secured residence between Aug. 13 and Aug. 24 by removing a window air conditioner. About $915 worth of items were stolen from the home, police said.

Moseley and Jones were each held in the Wayne County jail under a $6,000 secured bond. They have court appearances scheduled Monday.

Police said Jeffrey Rishawn Leach Jr., who was arrested Sept. 12, faces charges in the same case.
