ANGIER, N.C. — Two Angier police officers were injured in a two-vehicle wreck at Campbell Street and Hunters Way late Saturday, Chief Bobby Hallman said.

The chief said that officers were in a patrol car responding to a dispute call. The roads were wet, and the wreck occurred in a right curve, Hallman said.

The officers, whose names haven't been released, sustained minor injuries. They were both treated and released from WakeMed in Raleigh, he said.

The state Highway Patrol was investigating the wreck.
