Triangle Restaurant News: Parlour expansion slows

Fans of the ice cream and dessert shop, The Parlour will have to wait a little longer to enjoy the Durham shop.

RALEIGH, N.C.The Parlour in Durham announced some delays with its shop expansion project. The shop was scheduled to reopen this month, but that isn't going to happen. Owners are working on ways to bring their famous school bus out every day as soon as the weather gets nice. Their ice cream is also available at the newly opened restaurant {{a href= "venue-13758764"}}Dashi.{{/a}}
More foodie news: 
Some good news for foodies in Raleigh. Southern Season will be turning its holiday pop-up shop in Cameron Village into a permanent location. After some renovations on the building, it is expected to open in early Spring, the N&O reports. Also this week, the Chapel Hill based kitchen store has announced plans to build a warehouse center in Mebane. 
Goji Bistro is planning to open Sunday (Feb. 15) in the old Neo Asia space in the Maynard Crossing Shopping Center in Cary.
Downtown Raleigh is getting another "barcade." Level Up Kitchen and Barcadium is planning to open this week at 126 S. Salisbury St. It features classic arcade games and pinball, in addition to some pretty tasty-sounding cuisine. The menu includes items like Spicy Cola Ribs and house-made fries served with sauces including Espresso barbecue.
