WRAL traffic reporter Brian Shrader said drivers should expect heavy delays this afternoon in west Raleigh. He suggests using I-540 and Glenwood Avenue as alternate routes. 

The Canes are taking on the Tampa Bay Lightning. The puck drops at 7 p.m. and it is expected to be a sell-out!
