Tickets on sale for Listen to Your Mother

It's time to get your tickets for Listen to Your Mother, the live storytelling show that's become a springtime tradition, of sorts, for some around here.

For the third year, the national event with local organizers will feature stories from Triangle-area writers about motherhood. The shows, which have sold out the last couple of years, are at 7:30 p.m., May 7 and May 8, at Kenan Auditorium on the campus of William Peace University in downtown Raleigh. Tickets are $20.

This year, the show will feature 13 local moms and their sad, funny, inspiring and frustrating stories about motherhood. These are fun evenings, especially for moms' night out outings.
