Third suspect arrested in Fayetteville homicide

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A third suspect in the Friday shooting death of 22-year-old Terence Deshon Foster has been arrested, Fayetteville police said.

Members of the U.S. Marshal Service located and apprehended 29-year-old Termona Dremell Williams, of 400 Snow Hill Road, on Wednesday afternoon.

Williams was wanted on charges of first-degree murder and breaking and entering. He was being held Wednesday with no bond at the Cumberland County Detention Center.

Warrants were issued on Monday for Williams, Marcus Latrel McAllister, 24, of 668 Martins Landing, and Anthony Wayne Birch, 24, of 2739 George Owen Road.

All are charged with first-degree murder. McAllister is also charged with breaking and or entering.

On Monday, authorities said McAllister was at the Cumberland County Detention Center on a non-related incident. He was being held Tuesday without bond on the new charges.

Birch was apprehended Monday evening and was being held in the detention center without bond.
