Monday
Raleigh Beer Week has begun and you can celebrate at a few different events tonight, including Busy Bee's Super Friends 2.0 Dinner featuring five courses paired with five different beers. See a list of Raleigh Beer Week events
Tuesday
Trophy Brewing taps a few of its very limited barrel aged sour beers tonight as part of Raleigh Beer Week. Capital Club 16 hosts a Southern Pines Beer Dinner tonight featuring traditional English pub and German beirgarten recipes.
Wednesday
Beautiful - The Carole King Musical opens at DPAC tonight. The show tells the true story of the famous singer. Tickets start at $40 and the show runs through Oct. 4.
Also, Mayberry Days kicks off today in Mount Airy. The annual festival celebrates "The Andy Griffith Show" with performances, trivia contests and special appearances. Events continue through the weekend.
Thursday
Pop star Ariana Grande will play PNC Arena tonight. She will be joined by Prince Royce. Tickets start at $34. More live music, Lee Ann Womack will play Carolina Theatre of Durham tonight. Tickets start at $38.
Learn about the Science of Beer tonight at the North Carolina Music of Life and Science in Durham. The event will include tastings, experiements, workshops, live music and food trucks. Tickets are $35 for non-museum members.
Friday
Carolina Ballet: The Planets plays Raleigh Memorial Auditorium this weekend. The show features Gustav Holst's epic orchestral suite, The Planets. Tickets start at $30.
Get into the fall spirit at House of Hops tonight with a Raleigh Pumpkin Beer Tap Takeover featuring local pumpkin and Oktoberfest beers.
