The synthpop group Great Good Fine OK plays Kings Barcade in downtown Raleigh. This all ages show starts at 8 p.m. Tickets are $12.

Tuesday

Deep South in downtown Raleigh hosts its weekly open mic night starting at 7:30 p.m. Admission is free.
The Lion King continues its run at DPAC. Shows run through March 20.

Wednesday

Hip hop star Future plays a sold out show at The Ritz tonight.
And the UniverSoul Circus starts its run at Walnut Creek Amphitheatre in Raleigh. This interactive circus features performers from throughout the globe.

Thursday

Last comic standing finalist, Joe Machi starts at three-night stint at Goodnights Comedy Club in Raleigh. General admission tickets are $20.
Also, New Jersey punk/indie rock band Titus Andronicus plays Lincoln Theatre in downtown Raleigh. Tickets are $15.

Friday

See comedian Katt Williams tonight at PNC Arena. Tickets start at $52.
The Durham Bulls kick off Fan Fest at 11 a.m. at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. Meet Wool E. Bull, take tours of Bull Durham Brewery and get a chance to select your seat for the upcoming season. The event runs 11 a.m .to 2 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
GlobalFest brings The Creole Carnival Tour to Carolina Theatre of Durham tonight. The show honors the roots of African musical currents, crossed with a fusion of sounds from the Americas. Tickets start at $28.
