Teen faces charges after deadly crash

A 16-year-old was charged Friday in connect with a deadly crash last month, police said.

RALEIGH, N.C. — A 16-year-old was charged Friday in connect with a deadly crash last month, police said. 

According to police, Jemiah Dene Williams of Raleigh was charged with misdemeanor death by vehicle. 

Steven William Jones, 43, of the 300 block of Kentucky Drive, was heading west on Rock Quarry Road on Aug. 13 when his motorcycle was hit by Williams' Toyota traveling in the opposite direction, police said.

Jones died from his injuries.

No further information was available.
