DURHAM, N.C. — A 14-year-old was arrested Wednesday night and charged with murder in connection with a shooting death last month, police said.

The teen, whose name wasn't released because of his age, was arrested on Cherry Grove Street. He has been placed in a juvenile detention facility in Greensboro, police said.

Kordero Teriq Odom, 19, was killed on Aug. 26 in the 1000 block of Rosedale Avenue.

Two other teens were arrested last week in Odom's death. Raheem Parrish, 18, and Eric Miller, 19, have been charged with murder and were being held in the Durham County Jail.
