Suspects sought in Fayetteville armed robbery

Fayetteville police released multiple surveillance photos on Thursday from an armed robbery that happened last month at the Asian Grocery on Bonanza Drive.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police released multiple surveillance photos on Thursday from an armed robbery that happened last month in the 500 block of Bonanza Drive.

Officers responded to the business at about 12:40 p.m. on March 28. According to police, a man entered a vehicle operated by Lan Pascoe, armed with a handgun and demanded money. When Pascoe was unable to provide any money, the robber hit her in the face and sprayed an unknown substance into her eyes, police said.

The robber grabbed her purse and left the area. Pascoe was taken to a nearby hospital where she was treated and released.

According to police, the surveillance photos were taken on March 30 and April 2, where the robber were exiting a Walmart on Strickland Bridge Road.
