KINSTON, N.C. — A Kinston woman faces accusations that she helped her teenage son who is suspected of killing two people, including a Nash County sheriff's deputy, police said.

A grand jury on Tuesday indicted Tracy Laverne Lee, 36, of 600 Carey Road, on a charge of accessory after the fact in June 2 shooting death of Thomas Hinton. She was placed in the Lenoir County under a $1 million secured bond.
