ANGIER, N.C. — For this special Five Faves, we asked the workers at Sunni Sky's in Angier to tell us their favorite flavors.
With more than 100 flavors of ice cream available, it isn't easy to pick a favorite. In fact, they let you have as many samples as you want. I went there to find out from the workers the most popular flavors and a few of their favorites!
Sugar Cookie - Containing sugar cookie batter, this is an extra sweet treat containing sprinkles.
Brownie Batter - The perfect blend of chocolate with chewy brownie chunks mixed in. Delicious!
Tropical Sunset - This is more like a sorbet made with pineapple, peach and mango. Fruity and light.
Salty Sweet - Pretzels, chocolate chips and salted carmel combine for this decadent flavor.
Dark Chocolate Almond - A great blend of flavors.
Honorable mentions: Rice Krispy Treat (which is made with real Rice Krispies), Banana Pudding and Blueberry Dump Cake (made with real cake)!
