Tim Harron recently filed a motion in federal court for compassionate release, citing health reasons.

Harron listed several illnesses that are high-risk factors if he gets COVID. Also, he mentions a head injury as a reason to let him out or reduce his sentence.

Prosecutors have not responded to challenge Harron’s motion.
