Craft corner: Bleach spray T-shirts
The moment September hits, my brain goes straight to cooler nights, pumpkin spices smells and crafting! Even though the cooler nights are weeks away, I love starting crafts with girls as a past time until the pumpkin patches open.
This week we are bleach spraying our shirts!
First thing first supplies!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- T- Shirts (We chose Black and Orange for Halloween Purposes)
- 8 oz Bleach
- 2 oz Water
- Spray Bottle (I got two from Walmart so there wouldn’t be any fighting lol)
- Halloween Wood Cut Outs (Amazon)
- Clothes you don’t mind getting messy in
So first you’re going to dilute the bleach.
I made sure to get spray bottles that had measurements on the side, we could use them for other fun crafts.
Next lay the shirts out and take the wood carvings out of the bag.
I let Sona and Ziva decorate all the shirts.
They had a blast, though I did have to turn some of the words around! Lol
Next I showed them how them how to spray, and then gave them each their spray bottle.
This is where they had so much fun.
After we sprayed we waited about 5 minutes before removing the wood pieces.
And WA-LA!!!
A cheap, fun, cute craft for the holiday! I hope your family has as much fun as we did!
