Club Bodi guards linked to summer shooting

Two men working as security guards at downtown Raleigh's Club Bodi join a third colleague as suspects in a shooting that took place there in August, according to police documents.

Two men were injured in the shooting, which took place at about 3 a.m. Aug. 16 outside the club, at 310 S. West St. 

Hany Mousa Shehadeh, 35, of Rocky Mount, was shot in the face, and Keshon Oneil Johnson, 23, of Charlotte, was shot in the wrist. 

Within hours, police charged Michael Adolphe Cadet, 29, with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, discharging a weapon into occupied property and discharging a firearm within city limits. 

Cadet worked at Club Bodi at the time of his arrest.

Two others who worked there – Shareff Charles Dickens, 39, and John Antonio Rogers, 38, – were charged this week. 

Dickens, of 1019 Barnfield Court in Fuquay-Varina, works during the week as a correction officer for Johnston County. He was charged with with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury, discharging a weapon into an occupied vehicle and discharging a firearm within city limits. He was being held on $200,000 bond.

Rogers was charged with assault by pointing and carrying a concealed weapon.
