NFL Preseason: 50% Off

I'm glad that NFL preseason football is here and some of the games are on TV.  I'd rather watch 3rd stringers play football than be exposed to more TV poker.

That being said, there is one thing I'd like to see in the preseason. Half-price tickets for those who go to the games. Last year, the average NFL ticket cost $62.38. The most expensive average was New England ($90.89) and the least expensive was Buffalo ($41.29).

If you wanted to go see Panthers vs. Patriots in preseason this year, the cheapest ticket I found was in the upper deck corner for 50 bucks....for a preseason game!!! This past weekend in New York, neither the Jets nor the Giants had well attended games. Drop the prices!

Why should hard working fans have to pay full price to see first teamers play one or two drives?  Come on NFL, cut those ticket prices in half to watch a diluted product. It would also open the gates to some who can't afford to buy full, blown tickets and give them a chance to see the NFL live and in person. Forget good marketing...that's just plain good.
