In the national AP football poll, Florida jumped 3 spots to #2 this week. I moved them up 2 spots to #3 with USC taking the outside of row 1. (that's NASCAR lingo for 2nd place)
There are 2 voters who have West Virginia as the nation's top team yet the Mountaineers dropped from 4th to 5th in this week's poll. I have the Neers in the 4th slot. Arkansas makes the biggest leap after whuppin' Auburn and Florida State didn't sniff the top 25 after losing at NC State. It's the first time in 24 years that FSU AND Miami are not in the AP poll.
Boston College takes Wake's place in my poll at #25 giving the ACC 4 teams in my poll but there are only 3 in the national poll. Is THIS what ACC expansion was all about!! Cheese and crackers man, no ACC team is ranked higher than Clemson at 12.
