Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A soldier who was once on the Fayetteville Police Department's most wanted list was in custody Thursday after she surrendered to police.
Glenda Patricia Flowers, 27, a member of the 108th Air Defense Artillery Brigade at Fort Bragg, faces charges of identity theft and obtaining property by false pretense. She was being held on $5,000 bond.
