CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Billy Graham's library is set to open in just one week. On Wednesday, there was a sneak peek at the building meant to honor the evangelist.

The library is located off Billy Graham Parkway in Charlotte. The 40,000 square foot barn was modeled after the Graham’s dairy farm from the 1930s.

Guests were guided through six exhibits, four galleries and two theatres showcasing Graham's 60 years of work leading crusades around the world.

Graham's son Franklin said his goal was to educate the public about his father's work. It will also be the repository for Graham's personal papers, including his correspondence and sermon manuscripts.

A dedication ceremony for the library will be on May 31, where three of the 11 Presidents that Graham counseled will be in attendance. The library is expected to open to the public on June 5.
