<b>ROXBORO, N.C.</b> — A silver alert has been issued for a Roxboro man.

Phillip Claradiese Herndon, 54, was last seen at 410 Montford Drive wearing light khaki pants, worn brown dress shoes and a black jacket. He is described as a black man with short black hair and brown eyes. He has skin discoloration, officials said.

Anyone with information regarding Herndon's whereabouts is asked to contact Roxboro police at 336-599-8345.
