Clark, 20, is an African American man with short black hair and brown eyes. He is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 215 pounds. He was last seen wearing a red long-sleeved T-shirt, khaki colored pants and utility boots.
Anyone with information about Clark should call B. D. Cathey at the Raleigh Police Department at 919-996-1316.
It also allows caregivers and nursing homes to report a person missing. In the past, only a family member could report an adult missing.
