Silver Alert issued for missing Raleigh woman

Dejarra Aisha Harry, 26, is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. She was last seen in the 5200 block of Country Pines Court.

Harry is described as black, 5 feet 9 inches tall and 230 pounds. She has brown eyes and wears a burgundy wig and was wearing a brown short-sleeve shirt. pants of an unknown color and brown shoes.
