Silver Alert issued for missing Fayetteville man
The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Wednesday evening for a missing endangered man who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Posted — UpdatedFAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert Wednesday evening for a missing endangered man who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.
Kenneth Lamont Melvin, 48, of Fayetteville, was last seen at 1638 Owen Drive in Fayetteville.
Melvin is described as a black male listed at 5 feet 6 inches and weighs around 165 pounds. Officials said Melvin has short black hair, brown eyes and wears brown-framed glasses.
Anyone with information regarding Melvin’s whereabouts is asked to call the Fayetteville Police Department at 910-433-1530.
