<b>BENSON, N.C.</b> — The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert on Thursday morning for a missing Benson man.

Stephenson, 82, is described as a white man, 6 feet tall and 160 pounds, with short white hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing black pants and a black leather jacket.

He was driving a white 1994 Ford Aerostar van with North Carolina license plate ZWX-3010.

Anyone with information about Stephenson's whereabouts is asked to call Master Sgt. Gary Whitman of the Benson Police Department at 919-894-2091.
