Silver Alert issued for 30-year-old Wendell man

The Wake County Sheriff's Office was searching early Friday for a 30-year-old man who is believed to be cognitively impaired.

WENDELL, N.C. — The Wake County Sheriff's Office was searching early Friday for a 30-year-old man who is believed to be cognitively impaired. 

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons issued a Silver Alert for Quentin Nakia Hargrove at about 2:30 a.m. after he went missing from a home in the 7100 Outrigger Drive in Wendell. 

Hargrove is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs about 200 pounds. He has short black hair and brown eyes and a tattoo that reads "ICE" on his left arm. 

When he disappeared, Hargrove was wearing a black jacket with blue zipper, blue jeans and dirty white shoes, police said.

Hargrove could be traveling toward Durham in a stolen black 2008 Chevrolet Trailblazer with North Carolina license tag BHA8043.
