Silver Alert for Nash County woman canceled

The Nash County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday suspended its search for a 21-year-old cognitively impaired woman who went missing on July 25.

RALEIGH, N.C. — The Nash County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday suspended its search for a 21-year-old cognitively impaired woman who went missing on July 25. 

The North Carolina Center for Missing Persons in Raleigh canceled a Silver Alert for Amy Regina Crocker at around 5 a.m. Wednesday.

It wasn't clear why the alert was canceled or whether Crocker was found safe.
